EXPERT WITNESS
We are available to be an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court and the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
We comply with the the expert witness code of conduct, court directions in relation to expert witnesses and their evidence, and court directions and requirements for joint conference and report and concurrent evidence.
We can act as expert witnesses for projects of all sizes and scales.
